Tanha Pola is a festival unique to Nagpur started by Shrimant Raghuji II from the Nagpurkar Bhosale kingdom. This festival was started by him with an aim to let the small kids (tanha meaning small here) be aware of agriculture & have gratitude towards the animal.

Here is the miniature Nandi on a pedestal with wheels, made of brass. This is a great souvenir option to carry or gift an anecdote in form of a keepsake article.

This Nandi is handmade by artisans from Bastar, which was once a part of the Nagpur Kingdom.
